Pick Up Your Regalia and Tickets at the Grad Celebration!
Regalia pre-order is now closed.
Regalia will be live on our website again between December 5th - December 11th for in-store pickup only. Sizes are limited, and we may be contacting you with substitution options.
Grad Celebration is the first opportunity for December graduates to pick up their Commencement pre-ordered regalia and tickets, and is a time to make last connections with offices across Western
Various Western offices and departments will be present to celebrate your achievement and to provide some important graduation and commencement information.
If you are unable to make it to Grad Celebration:
Regalia: All regalia orders not picked up at the Grad Celebration will be held at the Western AS Bookstore for pick up through December 12th and at our regalia booth in SMATE on the day of Commencement. Orders that are not picked up by December 15th will be considered abandoned and returned to the distributor with no refund given. For any questions on regalia, please contact the Western AS Bookstore at asbookstore@wwu.edu.
Tickets: All tickets not picked up at the Grad Celebration will be available for pick-up in the Registrar’s Office between December 5th-12th between 9am - 4pm, or in the Carver Box Office one hour prior to your ceremony time. For any questions on tickets, please contact the WWU Commencement Team. If you'd like someone else to pick up your tickets at the Grad Celebration, you must send an email from your WWU email address to commencement@wwu.edu before midnight on December 3rd. Please include the name of the person authorized to pick up your tickets, and the pick-up person must show a copy of this note as well.
