Pick Up Your Regalia and Tickets at the Grad Celebration!
Grad Celebration is the first opportunity for June graduates to pick up their pre-ordered regalia and tickets, and is a time to make last connections with offices across Western.
Various Western offices and departments will be present to celebrate your achievement and to provide some important graduation and commencement information.
If you are unable to make it to Grad Celebration:
Regalia: All regalia orders not picked up at the Grad Celebration will be held at the Western AS Bookstore for pick up through June 11th and at our Regalia booth in Red Square on the days of Commencement. The Red Square Regalia booth will open Friday 6/12 from 1 PM to 5PM and Saturday 6/13 from 8 AM to 6 PM. Orders that are not picked up by Monday June 15th will be considered abandoned and returned to the distributor with no refund given. If you require your Jostens' order to be shipped, please contact bookstore.onlineorders@wwu.edu for shipping options. Please include your name, shipping address, and Jostens' order number. Items will not ship until the first week of June. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Tickets: All tickets not picked up at the Grad Celebration will be available for pick-up in the Registrar’s Office before Commencement, or in the Carver Box Office one hour prior to your ceremony time. Please contact the Commencement Team for any ticket related question.
REGALIA
Once the April 19th deadline has passed, the Early Buy will be closed. The Western AS Bookstore will offer a second window to pre-order regalia starting May 1st. Early Buy discounts will not apply after April 19th. Grad Celebration is the first chance to pickup your orders. Orders will not be available before June 3rd. For all specifics required on regalia, please visit the Commencement website for Regalia Information. For any further questions about regalia or the ordering process, please contact Ash Voss.
Regalia Changes, Returns, and Refunds: If you placed your order through Jostens’, call 1.800.854.7464, ext. 17107 within 24 hours of order placement. Changes and cancellations are not allowed after 24 hours.
If you placed your order through the Western AS Bookstore website, please provide your order number to bookstore.onlineorders@wwu.edu and what changes need to be made, or if you are looking to cancel and receive a refund. We are only able to refund orders made through the Western AS Bookstore website. If regalia is not picked up at the Grad Celebration, we will hold all regalia orders until Monday, June 15th. After that point all remaining regalia orders are considered abandoned, and they will be returned to the distributor with no refund given.
