Buy Online & Pick Up In Store
Online order pickup is available during business hours. When you receive an email with the subject line: "Your order is ready for pickup! Order #" your order has been fulfilled.
In-store pickup orders will be held for 14 days from the order processing date. Orders not picked up by this date are considered abandoned. We will refund the original purchase price to the payment method on record.
For abandoned textbook or regalia orders, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Please be aware that our stock levels change regularly. If an item is not readily available, we will contact you via email with revised information.
Orders take 1-3 days to process. Order processing may take up to 3-4 business days at the beginning of the quarter due to the high volume of orders.
Items must be in new condition, have original packaging and/or pricing information intact (tags, labels, etc.), unless the merchandise is defective. Returns are subject to the discretion of the management and are not guaranteed. Please see policy information below.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Retain your original receipt for returns.
Textbooks must be returned by the second Friday after the beginning of the quarter OR 5 days after the processing date, whichever is later, for a refund.
During the 3rd and 4th weeks of the quarter, refunds will be given on textbooks only if the class is dropped. A copy of the Drop Slip is required. All other refund requirements apply.
After the 4th week of the quarter, textbook returns are no longer accepted.
Access codes and eBooks are non-refundable once redeemed/downloaded.
To qualify for a full refund, textbooks must be returned in the condition they were purchased in. Shrink-wrapped or packaged items must be returned unopened.
General merchandise may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing list.
Refunds will be given in the same form as payment.

Return shipping is at-cost to customer. Please package your items in original condition with your original invoice/receipt included. If you are exchanging item(s), please include instructions detailing which item(s) you'd like to exchange, and we will ship the replacement item(s) at no additional cost.
